Please be aware that the optimization process may take a day or two. We provide before and after test results.
Customer chain self supplied for race optimization. !!Max 250km old!!. Decontamination degreased. Checked. UltraSonic Cleaned, soaked in further degreaser.
Our Race Prep Wax optimization and dusted. 10min running of of chain at cross chain left and right positions.

Race optimization for a existing customer chain that has not been ridden for more than 250km.
As much as 5-10 watt savings on chains depending on the lube used to date.
- Max mileage 250km
- Chain is tested for expended watts prior to optimization
- Decontamination process (depends on previously used lubes)
- Ultrasonically cleaned
- Degreased and cleaned in order for our WAX prep to stick directly to the metal surface of your chain
- Hot melt submerged wax in our special formula
- Installed onto our chain expended test bench and ran for 10min.
- During the 10min, our special low friction dust application is done to make your chain super slick
- Test result after optimization
