Breaches of these terms and conditions
Without prejudice to FrictionWorX’s other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, FrictionWorX may take such action as FrictionWorX deems appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the website, prohibiting you from accessing the website, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the website, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the website and/or bringing court proceedings against you.
Variation
FrictionWorX may revise these terms and conditions from time-to-time.  Revised terms and conditions will apply to the use of this website from the date of the publication of the revised terms and conditions on this website.  Please check this page regularly to ensure you are familiar with the current version.
Assignment
FrictionWorX may transfer, sub-contract or otherwise deal with FrictionWorX’s rights and/or obligations under these terms and conditions without notifying you or obtaining your consent.
You may not transfer, sub-contract or otherwise deal with your rights and/or obligations under these terms and conditions. 
Sever-ability
If a provision of these terms and conditions is determined by any court or other competent authority to be unlawful and/or unenforceable, the other provisions will continue in effect.  If any unlawful and/or unenforceable provision would be lawful or enforceable if part of it were deleted, that part will be deemed to be deleted, and the rest of the provision will continue in effect.
Entire agreement
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you (the client) and FrictionWorX in relation to your use of this website, and supersede all previous agreements in respect of your use of this website.
Availability of Stock
You acknowledge that stock of all Goods on offer is limited. FrictionWorX works on a Quote System. In the case of Goods for sale by FrictionWorX, FrictionWorX will take all reasonable efforts to monitor stock levels and ensure that when stock is no longer available, that offers thereof are discontinued on the Website. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of stock. When Goods are no longer available after placing an order, FrictionWorX will notify you and you will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid by you for such Goods. In the case of Goods for sale by a Third Party Seller, FrictionWorX relies on inventory information supplied by the relevant Third Party Seller and FrictionWorX accordingly bears no liability for any inaccuracies in the information supplied to it. Consequently, should you order any Goods from a Third Party Seller which are in fact sold-out, FrictionWorX will not be held responsible and you will be refunded, your respective rights and obligations being as set out in these Terms and Conditions. FrictionWorX receives weekly updates on stock levels from Suppliers. FrictionWorX will make all reasonable efforts to ensure our website inventory is up to date, but due to constant varying in stock, this might not be on a daily basis. FrictionWorX cannot guarantee older stock that was removed from our website will be added again.
Special prepared parts
Some parts, and in particular race optimized drive train components are prepared per order and takes up to 3 days to prepare. Depending on demand, this may take longer when large quantities must be prepared. By accepting these terms, you agree to wait for race optimization to be meticulously prepared just for you.
Pricing Disclaimer

All prices on this website are subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to provide you with the most accurate, up-to-date information, occasionally, one or more items on our website may be mis-priced. Where a product is listed at an incorrect price on the website, this may be due to an error or change in pricing information received from our suppliers or due to fluctuating exchange rates and FrictionWorX reserves the right to refuse to honour any incorrect prices on the website. The emailed quote you receive from your sales representative after order requests through the website will reflect the current pricing available.
Product Information Disclaimer

FrictionWorX relies on suppliers to provide accurate information on products. We will make every effort to provide you with the most accurate, up-to-date information about products on sale. FrictionWorX will not be held liable for incorrect product information given by suppliers.
Shipping to Southern Africa
FrictionWorX can ship your Order to Selected Countries in Southern Africa and will subsidize the Shipping Cost of Accessories (R100.00). The client will not be charged VAT for this Order, but will have to pay the VAT of the specific Country the Order is shipped to. Orders cannot be collected in South Africa after it has been finalized. Proof of collection from the specific Country must be provided.
Shipping Disclaimer

FrictionWorX uses 3rd Party Couriers for deliveries. Products in store will take approximately 1 – 3 working days to be delivered. Products not in store will take approximately 2 – 6 working days to be delivered, if supplier has stock. Outlying areas may take longer to be delivered. FrictionWorX will not be held liable for any delays in deliveries by the 3rd Party Couriers.
FrictionWorX Vouchers/Discount Codes

Only Products purchased at full retail will qualify for a FrictionWorX Discount Code. Vouchers may be used as discount on certain parts or as credit / reserved for future purchases. No Vouchers and Discount Codes can be used in conjunction with each other. FrictionWorX Gift Vouchers are not refundable for cash.
Cash Deposits Dislclaimer

Clients will be held liable for any surcharges added when making Cash Deposits into FrictionWorX’s Bank Account.
PayFast Facility:

You can now request to pay online with your credit or debit card, through our PayFast Facility.
Competition Disclaimer

Prizes will not be exchanged for cash or any other product. Colour variants on apparel may change depending on the size.
